Synopsis

1917″ is a gripping war film directed by Sam Mendes that follows two young British soldiers, Lance Corporals Schofield and Blake, during World War I. The movie unfolds in real-time as the soldiers are given a critical mission to deliver a message deep into enemy territory to prevent a deadly ambush that could potentially save the lives of 1,600 men, including Blake’s own brother.
